This research using secondary data in the form of panel data with RCA model, the Gravity Model and long-term influence analysis with Fully Modified Ordinary Least Square (FMOLS). The results of research show the competitiveness of Indonesian tea has been great where the RCA value higher than 1. In addition, the variables that have a significant influence on the value of Indonesian tea exports are export tea prices, imported tea prices, export tariffs and the NTM dummy, while the exchange rate and economic distance variables do not have a significant effect on the value of tea exports. In the long term, Indonesia's tea trade policy, which consists of export tariffs and dummy Non Tariff Measures (NTM), has a long-term influence on the value of tea exports.</p> Faiz Ahmad Sibuea, Mhd. With a low MHJP participation rate of 18.2% compared to the national average of 23.9%, and an unmet need of 19.21%, it is clear that there are still gaps in family planning services. Although the realization of the Family Planning Operational Assistance&nbsp; budget has reached 94.27%, its utilization has not been optimal in increasing the coverage and quality of family planning services. This is due to weaknesses in planning, monitoring, flexibility in the use of funds, and coordination between stakeholders. Optimizing the management of BOKB must be a priority to increase the effectiveness of the family planning program in Maluku. Regulation-based policies supported by the theory of Good Governance in Public Finance and Policy Implementation are approaches that can ensure transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in the management of BOKB funds. For this reason, the most recommended policy is BOKB planning based on data and field needs and increased transparency and accountability in fund management. The implementation of this policy is expected to increase the coverage of MHJP family planning services, especially in remote areas and islands, in order to reduce the unmet need rate and expand access to services for the community.</p> Siti Rohani ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://agrimansion.unram.ac.id/index.php/Agri/article/view/1761 Mon, 02 Jun 2025 06:41:02 +0800 https://agrimansion.unram.ac.id/index.php/Agri/article/view/1769 <h1>Usaha peternakan ayam petelur merupakan usaha sebagai penghasil sumber protein yang murah dibandingkan dengan sumber protein hewani lainnya, sehingga siklus perputaran usaha sangat besar dan cepat.&nbsp; Namun demikian usaha peternakan ayam petelur masih sangat fluktuatif harganya karena komponen yang mendukung proses produksinya sangat bergantung pada faktor produksi lainya seperti pakan dan lain-lain. Pengembangan usaha adalah proses yang melibatkan upaya untuk memperluas atau meningkatkan bisnis yang sudah ada, baik melalui ekspansi produk atau layanan, penetrasi pasar baru, diversifikasi portofolio, atau inovasi produk dan proses. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan peternakan ayam petelur di Desa Simbatan Kecamatan Kanor. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analis <em>SWOT </em>dan<em> Analisis QSPM. </em>Analisis <em>SWOT dan QSPM </em>merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan strategi yang tepat bagi perusahaan saat ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini&nbsp; menunjukkan bahwa strategi tepat yang dapat diterapkan oleh usaha peternakan ayam petelur di Desa Simbatan saat ini adalah strategi grow and build (tumbuh dan bina) dengan cara menjalin kerjasama dengan instansi terkait.
